How to Order

1. Kindly place your order by email to zenz-collections@hotmail.sg in the following format.  Alternatively, you can PM us at our facebook site at www.facebook.com/zenzcollections

2.  Please do give us 1 day to process your initial order.  Once we receive your email(order), a reply email will be send to you to confirm your order with instructions on how to settle the payment.  Your item(s) should reach you within the next 2 days from the time of confirmation/payment.


3.  The current mode of payment is only via ATM/Internet funds transfer by DBS/POSB/OCBC.(We are working other modes of payment, do bear with us for the time being!!)


4.  Prices are inclusive of local postage.  However, we have to warn you that there's a slight chance that your item(s) might be damaged during the mailing process. In such scenario, we will not be held responsible in those circumstances.  Hence we do encourage you to go via registered mail.  Additional registered mail charges will apply though.(Around $2.80 SGD)

5. We do not refund money for item(s) sold, however we have a 3 days 1-to-1 exchange policy(We want to build a good relationship with our customers!).  Should your item(s) suffered damage(s) not related to postage but due to some other reasons, rest assured we'll do our best to exchange it for you to the best of our abilities.  Just drop an email to us and we will advise you on how to proceed on doing the exchange.


6.  All prices stated are in Singapore Dollars.  Postage fee will be advised after order has been placed.
